Hailing out of the projects of VA, Rocc Mikez, formally known as B. Rock, is everything you could ever imagine in an upcoming artist. Since the tender age of 14, Rocc has been writing and recording his own music. Now as a more profound as well as determined lyricist, the self-proclaimed "Birth Of The [Rap] Game" is a force to be reckoned with. 

Along with writing and composing his own material, as recently as 2005, Rocc Mikez has also been noted for being "Genius" when it comes to producing beats. Rocc Mikez, aka "The Birth Of The Game", was born Robert Jeremiah Johnson at M.C.V Hospital in Richmond, VA. The elder of two brothers and one half-sister, Rocc has more than fame on his mind.

"Music to me is more than being famous or rich. Knowing that those things come along with having such a profession is nice but my main concern is the well-being of my family. I've been doing this for a while now, so I have a pretty good idea about what good music sounds like."  Known for his spectacular wordplay and vocabulary, Robert is definitely a "diamond in the rough". 

As founder and CEO of the independent recording label Royal Black Entertainment, Rocc proves to the world that he is more than just an everyday average. "It doesn't bother me that I'm not signed to some major label. The way I see it is simple: I'm founder and CEO of Royal Black Entertainment, I'm already signed. Some say I can be a little cocky when it comes to my music. I like to refer to it as my "rapper's ambition". In the years to come, you can be assured that Rocc Mikez is destined to make a name for himself.
